Alexandra graduated with honors from the Law School of St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance (currently – Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics). She began her career in 2008, first as an in-house counsel and then in professional services firms. She joined Kachkin & partners in 2011.

Alexandra`s specialization is representation of clients in general and commercial courts, as well as settlement of pre-trial disputes. She has a comprehensive experience in conducting corporate and commercial disputes at commercial courts of the first instance, appeal and cassation. She represented the interests of clients in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. Alexandra also accompanies disputes in courts of general jurisdiction and resolves issues arising in cooperation with state authorities and regulatory bodies.

Alexandra is an expert in the field of legal support during insolvency procedures both on the part of creditors and debtors and insolvency administrators. Her experience involves challenging a debtor’s transactions which lead to bankruptcy and after the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings, sale of property at auctions held by a debtor, support of disputes on bringing persons controlling the debtor to responsibility, counteraction to inclusion of claims of unscrupulous lenders in the register, participation in disputes on discharge of their duties by arbitration managers. In the framework of defending persons involved in the bankruptcy case, Alexandra took part in multiple meetings / committees of creditors, initiated investigations at the Russian law enforcement bodies, as well as carried out activities on pierceing the corporate veil off the debtors’ foreign assets. Alexandra's competence also includes consulting on debt restructuring issues, carrying out measures to prevent bankruptcy, preparing conclusions on legal risks in accordance with bankruptcy law when making acquisitions / disposals of assets.

In addition, Alexandra accompanies the activities of organizations involved in microfinance, develops a set of internal documentation for microfinance organizations, credit cooperatives, pawnshops, etc., including in order to comply with the requirements of legislation on combating money laundering and terrorist financing in particular.

Recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions and arbitral awards in Russia is Alexandra`s another field of practice.
