Ilya graduated with honors from the Russian Academy of Justice Law Faculty in 2014, specializing in civil and arbitration procedure.

Ilya’s professional interests include resolving commercial disputes and corporate conflicts, as well as tax issues consulting and protecting taxpayer’s interests in disputes with tax authorities.

Ilya provides legal support to Russian and foreign companies on tax risk assessment and tax planning as a tax consultant. Ilya represents taxpayer’s interests in tax control activities and litigation with tax authorities.

Ilya has significant successful experience in representing clients in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction, including complex commercial and corporate disputes. He has extensive experience in pre-trial conflict resolution.

Among Ilya’s projects there are:

• protecting a large agro-industrial holding interests in the illegal debt collection case;
• representing shareholder interests in a corporate conflict of a large household appliances manufacturer;
• representing shareholder interests in the case of strategic enterprise shares recovery for state income.

Ilya participates in the events dedicated to taxation and tax control issues as an expert.
