Maria graduated the Faculty of Economics and Law of the Magnitogorsk State Technical University G.I. Nosov.

Prior to joining Kachkin & Partners, Maria was Director of Legal Affairs in one of the largest general contracting construction companies in Russia.

Maria provides legal support to development and investment companies on real estate objects creation and operation, their possible effective use, as well as necessary urban planning documentation, initial permits, and its coordination with authorized state bodies. Maria also represents clients’ interests in state bodies and courts, conducts due diligence of assets acquired by clients.

At Kachkin & Partners, Maria provides support for housing and commercial construction, large real estate assets acquisition and disposal transactions, represents clients in courts, advises on equity construction and other issues arising in the course of investment and construction activities.
