Our Real Estate and Investments Practice headed by Dmitry Nekrestyanov won «Process of the Year» award for the largest transaction in the warehouse real estate market of St. Petersburg amounted to more than 4.2 billion RUB. Our experts provided legal support to the international development company SIRIN Development during sale of a warehouse with total area of over 105 thousand square meters.
