Kirill Saskov is included in the Russian Arbitration Association arbitrator base
In order to attract the most comprehensive arbitrators into the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) a database of international lawyers specializing in various fields of law has been created in the organization. Sufficient experience in the sphere of dispute resolution has allowed the Arbitrators Nominating Committee to include Kirill Saskov, Partner, Head of Corporate and Dispute Resolution Practice at Kachkin & Partners, in this base. This event has become another acknowledgement of productive cooperation between Kachkin & Partners and the Association, the company being a member of which for more than a year and a half already.
The arbitrator online-base accredited to the Association numbers approximately 35 experts from all over the world at the moment. The Arbitrators Nominating Committee specifies a particular order of registration of practicing lawyers for this position.
Dispute parties when referring its resolution to the Association’s regulations which is a current arbitration institution may choose the most suitable arbitrator from the suggested list on a voluntary basis. Moreover, the RAA representatives may elect an arbitrator themselves for the dispute that is within the jurisdiction of the arbitration court. The Arbitration’s progressive regulations allow the arbitrators to participate in the process of dispute reviewing at any territory, including online.
