Expert review and development of recommendations on improvement of draft law on Public Private Partnership of Sakha Republic (Yakutia)
On conditions of collaboration with the PPP Development Centre Kachkin & Partners’ specialists carried out an expert assessment of prospective legislation «On participation of Sakha Republic (Yakutia) in PPP projects». A number of observations and addenda were also made.
