Issues of state cadastral value results challenging have recently attracted the attention of lawyers practicing land disputes resolution. As a result of the legislator’s and the Russian Supreme Commercial Court approach changing there was offered an effective way of protecting the interests of the land users who disagree with a certain land plot cadastral value.
