Anna graduated from the Law School of St. Petersburg State University with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Law.
Anna specializes in commercial and residential construction, conducting asset due diligence, conducting urban planning analysis of land plots, verifying the legal purity of properties, assessing urban planning restrictions and land use prospects, supporting real estate acquisitions and disposals, and representing clients’ interests in courts and government agencies in real estate disputes.
As a part of the Kachkin & Partners team, Anna provides legal support and represents the interests of owners and other property rights holders in court, particularly in disputes over asset nationalization (including disputes related to the location of properties on forest lands, civil defense and emergency situations), challenging government decisions denying privatization of real estate and land plots, as well as disputes over unauthorized construction and reconstruction, and contract disputes. Anna develops strategies for protecting clients’ rights and interests in court, prepares procedural documents and legal opinions of any complexity, and provides consultations on urban planning documentation and construction parameters.
Anna is the author of publications in professional legal and business media.
As a part of the Kachkin & Partners team of experts, she annually contributes to the «Developer’s Handbook» a practical guide on the legal aspects of real estate development.
