Artem graduated from the Law Faculty of St. Petersburg State University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence. In 2022, he graduated with honors from the St. Petersburg State University of Economics with a master’s degree in Economic Law. He joined Kachkin and Partners team in 2022.

Artem’s professional interests include commercial dispute resolution, pre-trial dispute resolution, commercial law and bankruptcy. Artem also represents clients’ interests in enforcement proceedings and in interactions with government agencies.

He has extensive experience in providing legal assistance in resolving disputes, representing clients in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction in contract, corporate, labor, family and tax disputes, disputes in bankruptcy cases, as well as debt collection disputes.

Artem has experience in auditing and drafting commercial and corporate contracts, conducts due diligence in the field of corporate, contract law and bankruptcy. He also advises Russian and foreign companies specializing in construction and design, wholesale and retail trade, production and supply of equipment on issues related to their business activities.

Among his projects there are:

• representing large construction company’s interests in a legal dispute regarding liability for poor quality of work performed;
• representing large agricultural producer’s interests in a court case challenging tax assessments;
• defending a client in a case of bringing to administrative liability for labor laws violation;
• pre-trial settlement of a tax dispute regarding additional VAT assessment.

Artem is the author of publications in scientific publications and business media. He also speaks English.
