Denis Kachkin became a co-chair of the session on law firms’ managers leadership evasion at the 11th Annual IBA Law Firm Management Conference
Moscow hosted the regular conference of the International Bar Association (IBA) “Law Firm Management» — a large-scale event in the legal services market and a unique platform to discuss issues of the legal business, bringing together executives and specialized managers of law firms around the globe. The event held lively debates on the following issues: national law firms getting a bigger piece of a pie in the region, preservation of the high value of legal services, professional growth of staff, modern marketing of legal business, provision of quality of management decisions, etc. Denis Kachkin, Managing Partner of Kachkin & Partners, performed as a co-chair of the session «Abdication and Procrastination: when partners do not want to manage or lead the firm». Participants considered crisis of motivation in solving management tasks and possible ways to solve it in World Café format basing on their own experience.
