Dmitry Nekrestyanov of Kachkin & Partners Presented at PROEstate 5th Annual Forum
Today is the final day of the 5th International Investments Forum PROEstate gathering the leading Russian and foreign real estate & construction professionals in St. Petersburg, Russia. The Forum embraces both expo and conference, allowing not only discussing the most acute trends in real estate and development, but also presenting the cutting edge construction projects to peers and visitors. The event is organised by the Guild of Management and Development Firms.
The construction professionals, developers, architects, state representatives and consultants discussed the issues related to city planning and zoning, state regulations upon the construction business and real estate deals, peculiarities of different segments of the real estate market, difficulties of fulfilment of investment projects and acquiring the third-party financing.
Dmitry Nekrestyanov, Partner, Head of Real Estate and Investments Practice, spoke at the “Management of Investments in Construction Projects” conference session. He gave an insight into the risk distribution in the projects involving a professional management company, and also highlighted the importance of the prominently drafted agreement ruling the relationship between project parties, in case any disputes arose.
During the PROEstate Forum, the FIABCI Russia competition took place, and also the awards for green development was judged. The competition for best complex territory development projects, initiated by the Ministry for Regional Development of Russian Federation.
