Olga has professional legal experience since 2006. She graduated from the Law School of Saint-Petersburg State University.

Olga advises international and Russian companies working in the field of state and municipal order, construction and design, investment, retail and wholesale trade, logistics and transport, medicine and energy, as well as non-profit organizations in the framework of commercial, corporate, financial, tax disputes. Cres, a group of companies specializing in renting warehouse and office premises, Smeshariki group of companies, TI Automotive, a manufacturer of car components, the Scientific and Production Enterprise Ista, a manufacturer of pneumoimpulsive equipment, Lenenergo, a distribution and grid company, Nevsky shipbuilding and ship repair yard, Petersburg Dorservis, international pizzeria chain “Domino’s Pizza” and many others.

Olga is a specialist in such areas as state and municipal order (she focuses on resolving contract disputes in the field of public procurement), commercial purchase, civil and contract law. She has considerable experience in developing legal statements and analytical resolutions, due diligence, risks assessment and ways of their elimination and mitigation, developing contracts for various purposes for commercial and non-commercial organizations, auditing of existing standard contracts, communication with state authorities, including inspections. As an expert in tax structuring Olga repeatedly took part in accompanying transactions for the acquisition of assets and securities, the launch of investment projects, as well as in the reorganization of the relationship of companies with counterparties.

An additional Olga’s specialization is labor law. She advises clients on a wide range of issues, including hiring and dismissal of staff, formalization of labor relations with special categories of employees, provision of safe working conditions, observance of commercial confidentiality, etc., and also develops the necessary documentation (labor contracts, job descriptions, confidentiality agreements etc.).

The International professional rating Best Lawyers 2016 -2020 included Olga in the list of the best lawyers in Russia in the field of litigation, as well as labor law and employment.

Olga was awarded the prize of St. Petersburg Bar Association “For success achieved by attorney in arbitration cases” in 2016.
