Ekaterina graduated from the Law Faculty magistracy of the National Research University Higher School of Economics of St. Petersburg branch within «Civil and Commercial Law» program.

Ekaterina gained experience in several consulting companies at the beginning of her professional career, including an internship at DLA Piper — a large international company.

Ekaterina provides legal support to clients implementing development and investment projects. She specializes in construction and investment fields, including real estate creation and operation, obtaining the necessary urban planning permits, its coordination with authorized state bodies, preparing real estate disputes procedural documents, contracting, challenging regulatory and non-normative legal acts. Ekaterina carries out due diligence of clients’ assets, and represents them in state bodies and courts.

As part of Kachkin & Partners team, Ekaterina participated in the integrated urban development projects support, residential, commercial and public-business development, acquisition and large real estate assets disposal transactions, including the interests of such companies as Glorax Development, VVERH GROUP, RSTI, represented clients’ interests in litigation on challenging normative and non-normative legal acts.

Ekaterina is the author of publications in professional issues. As part of experts team she participated in «Land User’s Legal Guide», dedicated to land relations regulation.
