Julia graduated with a master degree from St. Petersburg State University Law Faculty majoring “Civil Procedure, Arbitration Procedure” programme. Before joining Kachkin & Partners team, she gained professional experience working in Gazpromneft, Deloitte Consulting (legal department) and other consulting companies.

Julia specialises in corporate and commercial law, including structuring and supporting M&A transactions, as well as corporate legal support for non-profit organisations. Besides, she has a good knowledge in the sphere of labour law and legislation on currency regulation and control. Julia is experienced in commercial litigation and international commercial arbitration.

Julia is a corporate law expert, she drafts incorporation and internal corporate documents, advises on corporate procedures implementation and corporate governance issues. Julia provided legal services to Russian and foreign companies.

Julia makes different research papers and media publications on regular basis.
