Kachkin & Partners became a member of Russian Arbitration Association
The activity of Russian Arbitration Association joined by more than 70 representatives of Russian and international law firms and individuals specializing in arbitration is focused on supporting arbitration development in Russia and the CIS countries; making Russia a popular place for arbitration; supporting Russian arbitrators at national and international levels within the context of arbitration, as well as foreign arbitrators having an interest in arbitration related directly or indirectly to Russia.
One of the key challenges of the Arbitration Association is creation of a modern arbitration court for resolving international as well as Russian domestic commercial disputes. Another important area of activity will be development and implementation of educational programs aimed at arbitrators’ training on dispute resolution procedures used in arbitration.
Kachkin & Partners is a full member of the Russian Arbitration Association beginning from 24 July 2013.
