Kachkin & Partners contributed to preparation of the World Bank Group Doing Business 2015 report
Over 10 000 experts from all over the world participated in the work of Doing Business 2015 survey, the twelfth edition of the World Bank project, namely experts in law, business consultants, economists, government officials and other professionals, who coordinate legal and regulatory requirements of the covered countries.
Kachkin & Partners prepared a review of the following questions: implementation of contractual relations, starting up business, procedure of obtaining credit, protection of minorities, property registration and building permits obtaining, labor market regulations and resolution of insolvency in Russia.
Real Estate and Investments associates led by Partner and Head of the Practice Dmitry Nekrestyanov participated in the preparation of this review as well as Corporate and Dispute Resolution associates led by Partner and Head of the Practice Kirill Saskov.
Brief survey overview
Doing Business is an annual survey of the World Bank Group, which allows to estimate legal regulations that govern business activities and their enforcement in 189 countries and separate cities on the subnational and regional level.
