Kachkin & Partners performed as a partner of the international Minsk Legal Forum
During three days a major professional event — Minsk Legal Forum — was carried out in Minsk. It represented a new platform for dialogue, views and experience exchange and business contacts establishment between lawyers. Kachkin & Partners supported this colleagues’ initiative and became a partner of the forum.
Within the business program experts discussed the results of the reforms and ways of advocacy improvement based on several European countries’ experiences, as well as current crisis situations such as bankruptcy and tracing debtors’ assets.
The Forum officials paid special attention to the relevant challenges that legal business had to face, as well as new development opportunities in modern conditions. Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner at Kachkin & Partners, shared his opinion during this discussion. Another interesting and useful topic about lawyers’ mission and hobby correlation and the way it affects the brand’s reputation in general was touched upon during the session where Kirill Saskov, Partner, Head of Corporate and Dispute Resolution Practice at Kachkin & Partners, gave his speech.
Minsk Legal Forum brought together over 70 representatives of leading law firms and attorney formations from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Besides, the Forum guests had a chance to visit a number of informal events and participate in a rich cultural program.
