Marina Muravyeva, Senior Attorney in Infrastructure and PPP Practice, PhD in Law.
Marina graduated with honors from Lobachevsky Nizhny Novgorod State University with a degree in Law in 2006, followed by postgraduate studies at the Russian State University of JusticeSuccessfully defended her PhD dissertation for the Candidate of Law Sciences degree.Before joining Kachkin & Partners Marina worked in one of the largest Russian operators of public utilities and energy infrastructure for a long time, where she provided comprehensive legal support in property and land relations issues, delt with concession projects related to heating and water supply facilities, participated in the preparation of private concession initiatives, drafted documentation for amending concession agreements terms and led negotiation processes. There were signed several concession agreements in the utility sector with a total investment volume exceeding 100 billion rubles under Marina’s involvement.
At Kachkin and Partners Marina specialises in public-private partnership projects in the housing and utilities sector, participating in projects for key clients of the firm.
Marina is authoring scientific publications and takes partin scientific and practical conferences.Her research interests include issues of legal regulation of linear facilities and land plots for their placement.
Currently, Marina is an associate professor at the basic department of Public-Private Partnership in the Higher School of Management facultyof the Financial University. She speaks English and French.
