Olga graduated from St. Petersburg State University Law Faculty.

Before joining Kachkin and Partners, she gained significant professional experience working in legal departments of Big Four companies, as well as in one of the leading legal companies in St. Petersburg. Olga specialized in intellectual property and personal data issues. Olga also advised clients on taxation and competition protection issues.

Olga has extensive experience in conducting due diligence of IP assets of the largest technology and manufacturing companies, consulting on intellectual property management, including service objects, as well as developing documentation (contracts, local regulations, etc.).

For example, Olga participated in the following projects:

— IP Due Diligence of the largest Russian IT holdings companies

— Advising a foreign pharmaceutical company on intra-group ownership structure of IP assets when localizing a medicinal product production in the Russian Federation

— Supporting the registration of a partial rights assignment in relation to an international trademark within a well-known cosmetics manufacturer group of companies

— Protecting developer’s interests in a dispute over business reputation protection

— Legal support of a leading Russian publishing house on a number of claims against intellectual property rights violators
