Pavel graduated with a master’s degree from St. Petersburg State University Law Faculty majoring » Real-estate Lawyer » program and then entered the Graduate School at St. Petersburg State University. His research interests cover regulations in urban development; buildings creation and maintenance; real estate investments.
After graduation, Pavel gained work experience in a major regional law firm focusing on civil, land, and administrative law. He was engaged in contractual, claims and litigation work, interaction with governmental authorities, including position development and subsequent representation of clients’ interests in the relevant institutions and in courts.
Pavel is a real estate and investments specialist at Kachkin & Partners. He specialises in urban planning analysis, permitting documentation, due diligence; advises on real estate and construction transactions including reviewing documents of the right holders as well as providing legal support to clients in relations with governmental authorities, in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction, including disputes with state agencies.
