Russia was represented by Denis Kachkin at 32nd IBA International Financial Law Conference
Budapest hosted 32nd International Financial Law Conference organized by IBA Banking Law Committee and IBA Securities Law Committee (International Bar Association). Being the only Russia representative at this three-day event Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner of Kachkin & Partners, gave speech in the framework of sanction provisions contracts session.
More than 270 delegates from all over the world including experts of banking sector, finance industry, and lawyers working in the sphere have discussed such crucial points as the effect of shadow banking on capital markets and bank financing practice; tender offer regulation trends; due diligence requirements and disclosure of high yield bonds; shareholder activism towards company management, etc. In his report Denis Kachkin spoke about perspectives of Russian companies that had signed the agreements comprising sanction provisions.
