Valeria graduated from the Law Faculty of the National Research University Higher School of Economics St. Petersburg branch with a Master’s degree in Advocacy. At the beginning of her professional career, Valeria worked at the largest private insurance company, Alfa Insurance, and later served as chief legal counsel at Gazprom Group and Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Group, specialising in real estate and claims work.

As part of Kachkin & Partners team, Valeria provides legal support to development and investment companies on the acquisition, creation and operation of real estate properties, as well as on the development and obtaining of the necessary urban planning, initial permitting documentation and its approval by authorized bodies.

Valeria also provides legal support for residential and commercial construction, represents clients in court and governmental authorities, conducts due diligence of assets acquired by clients, land plot urban planning analysis, supports acquisition and alienation of large real estate assets transactions, advises on share-equity construction and other legal issues connected with construction and investment sector.
