Vladislav graduated Moscow University of Finance and Law with a Master’s degree in Law science.

Vladislav’s interests include current issues of construction law. At Kachkin & Partners Vladislav specializes in public-private partnership, in particular, in matters related to the preparation of concession agreements, documentation for tenders, identifying legal risks associated with public-private partnership projects and preparing recommendations for their minimization.

He has experience in supporting projects implemented at the federal and regional levels. In particular, Vladislav participated in a number of major projects in the fields of tourism and sports, education, transport, medicine and housing and communal services on behalf of the following clients: Sberbank, Gazprombank, Granit Group of Companies, VTB Infrastructure Holding, Gazprom Neft, etc.

In addition, Vladislav’s experience includes supporting clients’ interests in numerous court proceedings.
