Kirill Saskov performed at the seminar “Tax and financial control in the foreign economic activity. New ways of tax schemes revealing. Arbitration practice”
On October 15th the Association of importers and exporters of the Leningrad Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the participation of Kachkin & Partners organized a seminar devoted to upgrading of penalties for the failure to comply with regulatory legal acts of the Russian currency law and acts of currency regulators. One of the topics discussed at the event was entering into force of the new legislation aimed at suppression of unlawful financial operations.
Among the speakers of the seminar there were experts of the leading consulting firms and banks, representatives of local financial and budget supervision and monitoring organizations.
