Representing Russian branch of Tebodin, a multinational engineering company, in the dispute with the tax authorities on tax remission
Tebodin, the client of Kachkin & Partners was illegally obliged by the tax inspection to pay additional profit tax and added value tax already paid to the budget. The company found this amount considerable for its operations, and therefore instructed our experts to challenge the prescription. As the client missed the time limit prescribed for filing a remission claim, they faced the necessity to seek for remission through court hearings.
Kachkin & Partners’ associates elaborated the defence strategy allowed to win the case in two hearings.
