Developing recommendations on reducing the tax burden and minimizing the risks of the companies belonging to Smeshariki Group
Legal analysis of 7 companies belonging to the client, on taxation, on congruence with the law of existing economic relations, and on financial and trade operations in order to identify existing tax risks and optimize the tax burden.
Based on the result of the analysis conducted, our associates gave recommendations on changing and improving the corporate structure of the companies. Recommendations on improving the economic and financial operations within the companies in order to reduce or eliminate the identified financial and tax risks were also prepared.
Finally, our specialists made recommendations on reducing the excessive tax burden of the companies.
