Our client, an international agricultural holdings with a Russian branch, sought for our advice on labour law issues.

To secure the limits of General Director’s administrative liability and minimize the risk of refusal of a visa /work permit as a form of punishment for some minor faults it was required to make amendments to the internal corporate documentation, namely articles of incorporation and duty regulations for the COO.
