Kachkin & Partners held a series of legal seminars for LSR Group
«Kachkin & Partners» lawyers have developed a training program and held a series of legal seminars on various issues of labour law for the employees of LSR Group, one of the major companies in Russia in the sphere of construction materials’ production, development and construction.
The following issues were presented at the seminars:
- changes and termination of employment agreement;
- employment policies and procedures and labour discipline;
- special evaluation of working conditions, benefits and compensations for employees working in harmful labour conditions;
- liability for damages, staff trainings and vacations.
The participants have also received practical guidance regarding disputable matters of labour law.
