Olga Duchenko, Senior Associate at Kachkin and Partners, hosted an educational seminar on methods of optimization of staff costs
Kachkin and Partners organized the educational seminar «Optimization of staff costs» for the company’s clients. The host of the event was Olga Duchenko, Corporate and Dispute Resolution Senior Associate at Kachkin and Partners.
During the meeting Olga Duchenko spoke in detail about the composition of staff costs and possible ways of their reduction. In particular, she described the procedure, features, pros and cons of dismissal under the agreement of parties, reduction of number of employees or staff redundancy, introduction of downtime, wage cut, imposition of part-time work, other optimization methods (outsourcing and distance work).
In the end of the meeting the visitors also had an opportunity to ask questions on labor relations and get helpful expert’s advice.
