Olga Duchenko spoke about toughness of employer’s liability in 2015 at HR Forum “Out for staff!”
HR Forum «Out for staff!» is an annual project arranged by the newspaper «Vedomosti» and is dedicated to the effective HR management in the relevant market segment. Furthermore, this event is a constant meeting place of professionals and the strongest market participants for sharing their ideas and experience. Olga Duchenko, Corporate and Dispute Resolution Senior Associate at Kachkin & Partners, represented the company at the event.
The case studies were the latest amendments to the labor legislation and their impact on business activities, mechanisms for evaluation of human resources effectiveness in terms of economical instability, as well as the balance between cost reduction and retention of valuable employees.
In her speech Olga Duchenko touched upon toughening of employer’s liability for violation of the labor legislation and labor protection, and drew attention to the significant changes that will come into force in 2015.
The Forum audience comprised heads of the leading Russian and international employers, HR directors and managers, representatives of consulting companies and recruitment agencies, as well as analysts and academic experts.
