The law firm Kachkin & Partners is providing comprehensive legal support for the Russian partner of the international chain Domino’s Pizza for the purposes of designing the structure of franchise relations in Russia and ensuring their formalization.

Firm attorneys drew up a draft commercial concession agreement in compliance with the standards in place at the operator of the Domino’s Pizza System and detailed the items of intellectual property to which the respective rights were subject to provision under the agreement. What’s more, our specialists designed the client an arrangement for legal relations with future franchisees prior to registration of the provision of rights under the commercial concession agreement; in particular, we prepared a draft of the preliminary agreement, and formalized relations within the scope of staff training for future franchisees.

Moreover, a series of auxiliary agreements were drafted, including those governing relations under the franchisees’ use of licensed software, as developed by the client, as well as technical support for information systems and the computing equipment supplied by the franchisor.
