On June 6th, 2013 the Russian Supreme Commercial Court held a public discussion of court practice draft review on cases involving foreign persons’ participation. Court judges and experts expressed their thoughts on the issues of foreign persons’ participation in Russian litigation cases. Many of the Supreme Commercial Court recommendations are worth looking into, but taking into consideration the adopted document’s volume Kirill Saskov, Head of Corporate and Dispute Resolution Practice at Kachkin & Partners, focuses only on some of them in this article.
