Representing customers against a malevolent contractor on telecom networks construction
Kachkin & Partners represented two companies in similar disputes against the same opponent, the largest telecommunication network construction holding.
In the frameworks of an initiative on Russian telecommunication networks modernisation and delivering modern Internet connection facilities in Moscow city and region, our clients contracted the defendant for constructing the networks and made advance payments. However, the contractor failed to follow the works schedule. In an attempt to terminate the contract and collect the advance payments, both customers independently filed claims to the commercial court. Kachkin & Partners successfully represented both client firms in the commercial court.
