The newspaper publishes the article by Aleksandra Ulezko, Corporate and Dispute Resolution Associate at Kachkin & Partners, in which she observes the importance of the resolutions of Plenum of the Supreme Commercial Court of the Russian Federation adopted in recent time for the court practice. These resolutions touch upon the maintenance of bank accounts of the persons who find themselves in procedures of bankruptcy by the credit organizations and the payoffs of the current payments by such persons.
