The institute of invalid transactions has been touched upon in the context of civil legislation reform. In the legislator’s concept the amendments should contribute to increasing the stability of civil circulation and reducing the amount of transactions that are recognized invalid. Whether these expectations are justified, the time will show, and for now we’ll try to analyze the legal technique used by the legislator and assess its effect on the civil circulation.
