Legal support for the creation in the Russian Federation of a business engaged in the manufacture of explosives by the leading Argentinian company Explosivos Tecnológicos Argentinos
Our client, the leading transnational explosives manufacturer Explosivos Tecnológicos Argentinos, is entering the Russian market with a project to create a local explosives-manufacturing enterprise.
Kachkin & Partners attorneys provided comprehensive support for the creation of a client subsidiary in Russia. Firm experts developed draft corporate documents and organized all of the measures needed for the company’s registration and operational launch. Our efforts also included the crafting of an action plan to minimize the negative consequences associated with the mandated personal appearance of the foreign parent-company’s CEO at the Russian notary-public office for company registration. Two-stage company creation, coupled with the execution of Russian legal provisions stipulating the transfer of corporate rights and obligations, fully addressed the assigned task. The project was complicated by its transborder nature and the need to coordinate efforts with the client in Argentina, the holding company in Cyprus and the remote handling of registration procedures in Bashkiria.
