Restructuring parties relationships in a large construction project
STEP, the long-standing client of Kachkin & Partners, was contracted to carry out construction of ore mining and processing facilities in Belaya Gora (White Mountain), Khabarovsk region located in Russia Far East. In course of construction, our client decided to establish a separate legal entity in order to facilitate the project administration and make the interaction with their customer more smooth and efficient.
Kachkin & Partners associates carried out the due diligence of the documentation and parties interrelationships, took part in negotiations on construction agreements renewing and drafted all the necessary documents for rights and liabilities transfer.
The project was completed in just a month; construction works were not stopped.
