Comprehensive legal support of the investment project involving research and development activities in the field of solar energy and the subsequent commercial use of the research results.
Under this assignment our experts currently elaborate the most prominent venture structure allowing securing the rights and purposes of both parties (investors and researchers), minimising the tax burden and providing the advantageous framework for the future commercial activities. It is anticipated that the newly represented (December, 2011) form of commercial partnership would be used.
The further support to be provided by Kachkin & Partners at the next project stages will include structuring the financial relations of the parties, drafting the corporate agreements and other documentation, arranging proper rights registration including supervising the patent attorneys, and advising on commercial use of the technology (sale/ lease of technology or own production).
