Andrey Kulakov took part in the plenary session of the summit “Suburb. The burden of decisions”
Summit «Suburb. The burden of decisions» is held by the editorial of the magazine «Suburb» twice a year. Andrey Kulakov, Real Estate and Investments Associate at Kachkin & Partners, was among the invited experts of the autumn summit on low-rise construction.
The main topics for discussion at the event were the new Land code and the consequences of the adopted innovations, problems with registration and taxation, the role of local general plans and land use and development rules due to transfer of construction authorities from municipalities to regional level, the market impact of the order of the Russian Ministry of economical development on types of permitted land plot use and in perspective the draft law on simplified procedure of land withdrawal from citizens.
During the plenary session «Land and Law» Andrey Kulakov discussed with real estate and construction sphere professionals the key issues of the industry and drew attention to their legal aspects. There were heads of competent public authorities of the Leningrad region, construction and real estate firms and holdings, operating in the suburb and the region, expert analysts and consultants among the participants of the summit.
