Representing A.Len, one of the leading architect & project design companies in St. Petersburg in a series of legal disputes with customers and subcontractors (total cost of 3M Euros)
Our participation included comprehensive legal protection for the client in more than a dozen legal disputes with subcontractors and customers, due in great part to the suspension of a large number of major development projects the client was involved in. Of particular mention, from the cases that our lawyers worked on for this client, is a mutual claim/counterclaim of the parties totaling 1 million Euros going up for appeal.
Even after the courts of 1st and 2nd instance issued an unfavorable ruling, the issue was settled out of court, with our help, with favorable results for our client.
