Legal support on project acquisition and start of construction of the business-class apartment complex “Light world “Inside” of the major investment-and-development company Seven Suns Development
Kachkin & Partners attorneys provided legal support for the major investment-and-development company Seven Suns Development on project acquisition and construction of the business-class complex «Light world «Inside» that is a health-and-wellness facility with apartments spanning a total area of approximately 200 th m² in Kurortny district of St. Petersburg.
In carrying out the client’s instructions under the project, the attorneys prepared necessary documentation for project acquisition and a legal conclusion on the threshold parameters of construction on the land plot and the public restrictions that should be taken into account when proceeding with construction. The binding construction rules and sanitary norms that must be satisfied in the construction of health resorts were analyzed minding the permitted type of land use.
Moreover, Kachkin & Partners attorneys drafted a set of documents for the attraction of investors for the project realization in the context of co-investment agreements with reference to non-residential property.
The project’s investments are to amount more than 10,2 bln roubles. The first stage of the complex’ construction is scheduled to be completed at the beginning of 2017.
