Legal support in frameworks of reconstruction of a building located in the St. Petersburg historical centre
Under this assignment, Kachkin & Partners carried out a comprehensive legal due diligence of project investment and construction documentation which included assessment of potential risks creating threat to the project completion.
Apart from that, we provided legal advice on the current investment and town planning legislation and conducted construction legal due diligence.
