Legal services in respect of construction of a large shopping mall Galleria located in the heart of St. Petersburg
Our service included legal advice on the most complicated matters of registering property titles and lease relations and day-to-day support to the internal legal department of the company. Formalization of long-term lease relations with more than 140 lessees is also performed by Kachkin & Partners’ associates. The value of construction project amounted over Euro 150M.
The newly-built shopping mall with its total area exceeding 160000 sq m was recognized the winner of the prestigious Commercial Real Estate Awards 2011 as the Best Large Shopping Mall in St. Petersburg. Thanks to the smooth and swift fulfillment of this project, Our Client was awarded the Best Developer of the Year 2011 by the same institution (June 2011).
Recently, the Galleria Mall won the FIABCI Russia Prix d’Excellence 2012 in Trade Real Estate category (September 2011).
