Restructuring of investment commitments in a number of construction projects
Kachkin & Partners Real Estate team restructured a number of interconnected deals and managed to harmonize the payments made via a number of commercial firms belonging to different group of companies. The projects were at various stages of completion, all located in St. Petersburg. Agreements and other documentation were drafted according to tight deadlines, and a simultaneous signing of the latter was arranged.
As a part of the assignment, our associates conducted legal due diligence of an engineering company which was due to be transferred to investor together with a construction project.
Total volume of investments exceeds USD 15M.
