Kachkin & Partners’ assignment is to provide comprehensive legal support of the consolidation of land plots titles and buyout of a building on one of the mentioned land plots. The client, young and ambitious real estate development company, plans to construct a high class residential complex of several buildings.
Our team conducted due diligence procedures in relation to the titles on several land plots and a building, structured the deals to be concluded with a number of owners, and supported the deals and drafted the related documentation.
