Support of a land plot purchase for further construction of a truck parking site and administrative buildings
Kachkin & Partners’ assignment included carrying out the thorough due diligence of a land plot located in the Leningrad region close to the city border, structuring the acquisition deal and analysing the applied town planning restrictions on construction of buildings and facilities. The land plot to be acquired forms part of a larger land plot.
Our Real Estate team traced back the history of forming the larger land plot and its multiple divisions, assessed the legal risks for the purchaser (our client) and kept control over the division process in order to ensure the legal clearness and secure the client’s interest.
