Today Saint Petersburg hosted a postponed round of the Autumn Summit on low-rise housing – a seminar on “Innovations and outstanding issues in land legislation”. The seminar was organized by the “Prigorod” analytical magazine.
Alexander Okunev, Head of Legislative Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation, outlined the most significant changes in national legislation related to real estate and construction as well as forthcoming legislative initiatives.
