Dmitry Nekrestyanov discussed the legal aspects of interaction between owners and lessees of offices with the participants of Knight Frank’s project “Lessee school”
Knight Frank, one of the world’s leading real estate consultants, held a special event in Saint Petersburg – a «Lessee school» project. Its fall session was devoted to modern office as a living space. Private Banking SIAB office was chosen specifically to become the ground to meet at in order to demonstrate its being the winner of corporate design and office real estate contests.

At the session businessmen and consultants also assessed the current situation and the legislative innovations at the market of office premises and business centres. The experts discussed the issues of design, engineering equipment and service in modern offices as well.
