Partner, Head of Real Estate and Investments Practice at Kachkin & Partners Dmitry Nekrestyanov has performed as an expert for the publication «International Construction Contract Law» devoted to contract law in the sphere of construction and prepared his commentary on the peculiarities of FIDIC contracts application in the Russian jurisdiction. The book is written by Lukas Klee, Head of Legal for Metrostav Construction, one of the largest general construction contractors in Central Europe.
«International Construction Contract Law» is a guide for anyone who needs to understand the legal and managerial aspects of large international construction projects, including consulting engineers, lawyers, clients, developers, contractors and construction managers worldwide. In 18 chapters it provides a thorough overview of civil law /common law interrelationships, delivery methods, standard forms of contract, risk allocation, variations, claims and dispute resolution, all in the context of international construction projects.
