Dmitry Nekrestyanov joined the Public Council under St. Petersburg Committee on Property Relations
Partner, Head of Real Estate and Investments Practice of Kachkin & Partners Dmitry Nekrestyanov joined the Public Council under St. Petersburg Committee on Property Relations. The Council’s work will be aimed at solving practical issues and problems associated with the use and sale of St. Petersburg state property. Among the Public Council’s main powers is the consideration of federal and regional bills falling within the Committee’s competence, as well as regulatory acts developed directly by the Committee; assessment of the Committee’s services quality and preparation of recommendations for improving its activities.
Among the approved experts of the Council there are more than 30 representatives of specialized non-profit associations, construction and development companies, legal and scientific community and media. Shortly members of the Council are to make their proposals on the topics and directions of the Committee’s activities, on the basis of which Council’s main activities plan will be formed.
